just one of them posts...

i have realised my little blog here has laid dormant for quite some time. i guess its that (very rare) time of the year where im buried deep in my assignments and i am totally cut off from the world. anyway.. here's a long overdue update. WARNING: this may turn out to be one of those i-woke-up-this-morning-then-ate-this-then-did-that-kinda post... so if that's not your cup of tea, please move on to the next blog on your blog-reading list... ain't no intellect-stimuli here... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

anyway, as i was saying... i'm almost halfway through my course.. can't believe how fast time flies... and yeap.. deadlines are drawing close.. just had two massive assignments done, and had 2 and 4 hours sleep before each of those hand-ins respectively... and one of them nights (or early mornings) was spent in my backyard.. in the blistering cold spray-painting and waiting for paint to dry... exciting indeed! having less sleep than usual was not that bad.. considering my classmate slept a total of 0 hours on both nights... oh well, as one of my lecturers put it... welcome to the life of a designer!

so yea.. winter has finally arrived.. marked by a thunderstorm on monday morning and the blistering cold mornings where all you want to do is curl up and sleep and wish that you did not have to go to class for that crucial presentation. life's not always fair is it?

i sound like such a whinger i know... and i also know that i would have got more sleep and be more satisfied with my work if i did not procrastinate as much... *sigh* its a lesson i am yet to learn... but i am thankful that God enabled me to finish the last 2 assignments on time... i guess i should practice self control from my tv show and chinese serials more...

but yea.. so here's my update,, in case some of you were wondering if i am still alive...

2 more assignments and i'm done for the semester!! ooh.. can't wait!! just as tsuen blogged few weeks ago.. just keep swimming...just keep swimming.. (taken from finfing nemo, for the uninformed)
