anyways.. we had the disney marathon yest at glennas place!!
it was so fun watching the little mermaid and beauty and the beast which i havent watched in gazillion years with ppl like me who grew up on it...singing along to each song was really really fun too!! haha... i love it went ursula went "don't ever underestimate the power of.. BODY LANGUAGE".. it was just hillarious.. anyways.. it was then followed by mulan, which, thanks to becky (my younger sis), i have watched countless times in recent years..i think the little mermaid and beauty and the beast would have to be my all time favourites.. maybe cause i watched it most during my formidable years.. the songs.. the characters.. theyre all so lovable!
now i know where we girls get the romanticised thoughts of love and living happily after and falling in love with prices.. so unrealistic!! did u know eric and ariel only knew each other for 3 days.. and they magically fell in love.. yeah right! and ariel was only 16! what rubbish!! haha...but the beast has got to be the sweetest character.. when he let belle go see her father even when the rose was rapidly faling all of us (or rather the girls) went "awww...."
but all in all.. disney classics have GOT to be the best cartoons ever made!! i love the soundtracks!! haha.. cartoons nowadays dont have such nice songs in them anymore.. *bleah*

the lion king (great songs!! hakuna mutata!!)
cinderella (i LOVE gus-gus.. he's sooo adorable)
sleeping beauty (the 3 fairy god mothers are classic!)
monsters inc (boo!!!)
haha.. thats my list for now.. others may crop up.... oh and i wouldn't mind emperor's new groove.. but we watched that earlier this year..
disney cartoons rock!! woohoo!!
